1. Delivery by Forwarding company?
Through years of experience we have been able to build a network of trustworthy partners. Our partners take over many worries and tedious work of our customers. The delivery time depends on the receipt of money and varies depending on the country of destination and country-specific regulations in the field of customs clearance. Our sales managers can give you more information about this during the sales meeting.
Of course we will support you in the preparation of the customs export accompanying documents. If you decide to use our partner forwarding companies, they will take care of the customs export procedures for you and even insure the goods against damage and loss during transportation.

2. What does pickup mean?
The goods are in stock and will be prepared and packed for you after we receive the money. You will receive all the necessary documents for transportation within the EU. After the goods are exported, you are obliged to inform us that the goods have been exported by means of a certificate of arrival. As a deposit for the export we reserve the right to charge the currently valid legal value added tax.
We support you in the preparation of customs export accompanying documents. You will receive the goods declared for export and the accompanying documents upon collection and payment.
3. How is the shipping via DHL or GLS?
Often it is expensive to have the goods delivered by a forwarding agency if the order is smaller. So the opportunity of delivery by Deutsche Post or GLS is a good alternative.
We pack the goods up to the weight of 20 kg (to the third countries) and up to 30 kg (within the EU).
The average delivery time depends on the country of destination. The goods are insured up to the value of 500,00€.
You can start tracking your shipment on DHL's official homepage immediately after dropping it off at the Packstation and have a good overview of when the goods will reach you.
Of course, the delivery time may vary depending on the country and the current situation.

Exclusion order:
As soon as the goods have been handed over to one of these delivery options, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you as the buyer. We deliver exclusively under the condition: EXW Villingen-Schwenningen (Incoterms 2010).
("Ex works" means that the seller delivers when he makes the goods available to the buyer at the seller's premises or at another designated location (e.g. factory, plant, warehouse, etc.). The Seller is not required to load the goods onto a collecting means of transport, nor is the Seller required to clear the goods for export, should this be necessary).
